Paypal Instant Transfer down?

I cannt use the Paypal Instant Transfer method on your Paypal Prepaid Mastercard website. Is it down?

Paypal, with all due respect, can we start getting some real answers. Have not been able to transfer money, it is costing a lot of people money as you can see in the posts to page area. I am unable to get the gas i need to go to appointments i need to go to for medical issue, a women is not able to feed her kid because of this, we are not getting real answer, just a response saying we are working on it. I have yet to see a real answer of what is really going on, if you could be honest and tell us what is going on, maybe people would not be so angry right now. I had money sent to me for gas to make a critical appointments for the VA and i missed one today because i could not make it, and if this issue is not resolved by tomorrow morning, then i will miss more critical appointments. Real answer please. Not PR answers.

I would also like to add that Paypal is now deleting comments on thier FaceBook. This is the same question i asked on FaceBook and it was deleted.

By tomorrow morning, if it is not fixed or they dont have a REAL answer on what is really going on, i will not be nice about this anymore.

The Electronic Transfer Act was enabled in 1978. I browsed over it and one section the ERROR RESOLUTION section 908 seemed to apply to our situation. Pass this on to as many people as possible and maybe we can start a trend. If we can get it to enough people it may force their hand. There is no way in **bleep** it should take this long!!!

Yes..I would agree the only issue is that PayPal is not governed under the FDIC..the only thing I feel that we should do as consumers is complain to the Federal Trade Commission.  Maybe they can look into this..I have used PayPal for my business and when this happened it really made me think.  I guess I had no idea, yes I do blame myself, I should have check into this.  But, I again assumed that my money was protected..when really it's not!

What I don't understand is on the phone they say they can ONLY do instant transfer online. Which is BS I DROPPED and broke my phone few weeks back. Called off landline from friends house who didn't have his laptop and they did the instant transfer. But now they say its impossible to do... And deleting comments and posts. With no response is the kicker. that is all the proof needed showing PayPal prepaid does not care about customers one bit. They don't understand these low life camel worshipping turben wearing hairy cootchy **bleep** would be in a desert cave without us. I'm finally fed up because this is costing me money and business. And ppl are upset at me but I have no answers to give except I'm being honest and having to take a loss on my business side. I do mobile phone and tablet repairs and am single handedly the best around my area and now because I depend non a service I pay for I look like a fool. Ur messing with my ability to feed and provide shelter for my family and that's the point where I take this VERY PERSONAL. According to my legal advisor this is unlawful and depriving me ofbabservice I pay for and depriving me ofuse of my funds. PayPal is writing a check their butts can't cash. I do apologize for speaking like this but atleast I'm honest. I could just say "my true feelings will be revealed in the next 24hrs I'm srry for any inconvenience

I just called a different 24/7 Paypal number (which I can't post in here for some html-related reason) and a manager told me there haven't been any updates but it will be up most likely tomorrow. I then asked if they stop working on it after business hours and she said maybe and said they open at 8am and should call back to check then, which I'm not going to. Has anyone found an instant/fast method of transferring a Paypal balance to some other source or app to pay for food or at least gas? Unfortunately I have an iPhone which doesn't have NFC so I'm not even gonna attempt to set up a Google Wallet. And yeah I'm right there with all of you, this situation really sucks and literally came when I personally was just running out of funds /:

Don't want to compare situations. Maybe my fault all my funds r in PayPal but I'm in a bad situation and when I know they stop working on it at closing but I'm still sitting here praying my funds are released and my family is scraping by when I have plenty of money I can't touc . My newborn son will not suffer because of these lazy incompetent cave dwellers. I will be contact my legal advisor. And making changes from PayPal. ****deleted content****  I may not be making much sense but this is pure anger knowing this has coated me hundreds and many customers. Has me going to pawn my belongings to buy baby formula while I have 4000$ ibcant touch and no other means of withdrawaling my hard earned pay while no one can explain what's going on. By morning if not fixed i will take legal action and legal action is in my righ . PayPal will loose millions over this because for every one person posting here there are 1000 in same situation. ****deleted content****
