I bought something from a huge company on their website and used paypal to make the payment. The payment was accepted, the item shipped and paypal started to investigate the transaction and hold the funds. I got the item and paypal closed the case and reversed the transaction.
The seller, however, didn't say a word! I see the order status as "complete" and the payment as "paid" on their website.
don't know what to do, who to contact and not even if the funds were really credited again on my credit card.
what should i do? wait?
