Hi,
I use Paypal for online sales via website. Received an order on 17th Nov 2015. Payment was kept on hold for 21 days so i had to pay from myself to get it processed.
Item has been delivered on 27th November. While noticing my Paypal account, i noticed that to make process faster i have to enter the delivery dispatch and tracking info.
So i did enter that info on 29th November 2015. 2 days after delivery. It was a furniture item and my supplier does delivery itself via own vans. So there are no royal mail type of tracking info which you can verify online automatically.
It was simple refrence number and suppliers . Anyway entered that info 2 days after delivery. But still no sign of any status update. sent buyer an email to update but no idea if he has done that or not. While entering tracking info, it was stated that paypal will send this info to buyer as well for confirmation.
How many more days it will take now or what else shall i do to let paypal know that item has been delivered as there was only one section for dispatch not delivery confirmation.
Thank You
Kind Regards

The tracking number has to show delivery of the item to the buyer online and viewable by paypal.

21 days is from the date the payment was sent to you and was pending in your balance.
This is from paypals pages and may help, I only sell on ebay so not sure about direct paypal sales.>>>
If you recently started to sell with PayPal and you don’t have any selling history with us, payments you receive (except eBay payments) are now being placed into your pending balance. As long as there are no problems with the transactions, you’ll have the money within 21 days.
Typically, you can access these payments within 7-14 days if you:
Send the item to the buyer’s postal address, as shown on the Transaction Details page
Mark the item as sent on the Transaction Details page and provide the dispatch details (for digital goods, mark the item as processed on the Transaction Details page).
Once you complete the below requirements, you won’t be considered a new seller any more, and you should receive future payments sooner.
Receive a predetermined number of payments
Wait a predetermined number of days from the date you received your first payment.
You can also view your remaining requirements and confirm your identity at any time by logging in to your account and visiting the Resolution Centre.
