I am a primer paypal and would like to pay an invoice with my AMEX - why am I unable??? I have no limits on my account and prefer to use credit card at this time - I choose not to use my paypal balance or bank account for this particular transaction. Why is this so difficult.
As no one here can view user account info or details, suggest giving customer support a call with your concerns, they should be able to check things out for you.
