PayPal transaction history all wrong

The PayPal transaction history reporting is all wrong and will not go back more than two days. This has been going on for a week and is not fixed.

Seems a few people have reported the same problem.

 

Have not seen it myself as my list is fine so not sure if its country specific.


Advice is voluntary.

Actually more than a few have reported this. PP has said switch to "classic view" and it will work. But unlike a lot of users that have been put on one of the three "new" user interfaces, I am on the original classic and it still does not work.. This is really terrible as all the financial data PPis reporting is just plain wrong, missing transactions and won't go back more that a few days. Wouldn't be so bad if PP just acknowledged they have an issue and say something, but they are keeping this a big secret. I have two accounts with them, on Saturday one account worked fine the other didn't, today both accounts don't work.

My account history/transaction information is complete gone.  Any idea if this is something paypal is fixing? or if it is a setting I did on accident?

PayPal is aware of this fiasco and is working on it. You did nothing wrong, it is all a Paypal reporting issue and has apparently affected everybody, but you have to be informaed enough to actually use the transation history reporting tools to see the issue. Open a troubke ticket with PP technical support to add fuel to the fire. They need to fix this ASAP.

I just started experiencing this issue as well. I only see 4 transations out of 50 or so .

I checked with PP today, more people reporting this issue and no fix implemented yet.
