AMZ seller central fees are exorbitant, however they are getting into direct competition with PP and offering  the same service provider  processing at the PP intial rate of 2.9% + .30 p/txn, so this does now put them in direct competition with PP. I will say, when it works the PP txn history data is actually pretty good, the AMZdata not quite as robust, but time will tell how this "PayPal killer" competition works. Well, that's just totally **bleep**, you do have a ticket open with PP merchnat services, right.? The more tickets opend the better an opportunity to force those idiots to get this fixed. I guess I'm lucky it only takes about seven hours or so to get one week's worth of data so I paln accordingly and request the download way ahead of when I actually need it, but it's still a pain. ... No replies form PP and it really does seem to be related to the release of the new UI. I can only suggest to try downloading in smaller chunks try a week at-a-time see if that works for you. I and several of my users are getting the transaction files (albeit in hours insetad of minutes) by using a smaller date range selection. I have also escalated this through the PP biz development office in Chandler AZ as well. It does not affect my account that has not been migrated to the new UI, I still get that data in seconds. ... I have a PRO account and a Business account (the older account) both doing approximately the same number of transactions per day. I have also opened  a case with PP but there is no response from them that makes any sense. I will say the delayed download process started with my business account when they switched me to the new user interface. I still get my PRO account download in seconds, but the business acocount download takes up to 24 hours for what used to take seconds. My PRO account is still on the old user interface. I was wondering if anybody else is seeing a delay in the downloads based on the user interface they are using from PP? Maybe that is the smoking gun (just a thought) ... View more

PayPal is aware of this fiasco and is working on it. You did nothing wrong, it is all a Paypal reporting issue and has apparently affected everybody, but you have to be informaed enough to actually use the transation history reporting tools to see the issue. Open a troubke ticket with PP technical support to add fuel to the fire. They need to fix this ASAP.  ... View more

Actually more than a few have reported this. PP has said switch to "classic view" and it will work. But unlike a lot of users that have been put on one of the three "new" user interfaces, I am on the original classic and it still does not work.. This is really terrible as all the financial data PPis reporting is just plain wrong, missing transactions and won't go back more that a few days. Wouldn't be so bad if PP just acknowledged they have an issue and say something, but they are keeping this a big secret. I have two accounts with them, on Saturday one account worked fine the other didn't, today both accounts don't work.  ... View more
