PayPal Compliance Issue

Hello all, 

Could you please advise on how long it typically take paypal to process the compliance inquiry. They sent us an email and we uploaded all the requested doucments, but they asked for the same informaiton again so it seems like they haven't even looked at what we've provided! 

Does the issue gets resolved before they 30 days period after which the account gets restricted? Do I have to take any proteactive steps or should I just wait and hope for the best.

They will call the references you gave them to verify the info is correct.  For instance if you gave them a wholesaler you conduct business with they may call to verify you do in fact buy from them to support your store.  If the info you gave them was legit I would say 3-7 days.  If any of the info was wrong I would say limited account access and parting of ways email.
