PayPal Cash Card

I purchased a cash card from a local store. When I try to add the money to my account it says that they can't verify my information. My address is correct, although I moved here like 6 months ago, my ss# is correct so I have no idea why they can't verify my identity. I've had this same PayPal account and never had a problem before. Any help will be greatly appreciated 🙂

PayPal uses a national database to obtain a positive match of legal name, address, date of birth, and Social Security number. If they are unable to verify your personal information via this database, they will ask you to provide additional proof of identity via the PayPal Resolution Center.

To access the Resolution Center, log in to your PayPal account, scroll down and click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Center under More about your account section on the left.
