So I was refunding this buyer from ebay, bc my shipment didn't get to them on time. I tried to transfer the fees and it said that their were errors with the transaction and it didn't go through successfully. I tried it again, it went through and i looked on my account and i was charged TWICE. I put in a claim, and now it says awaiting the other party's response. WHAT IF THE OTHER PARTY DOESN'T RESPOND? I DON'T KNOW THEM. WHAT IF THEY DON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE OF PAYPALS FAULTY APP WHICH CHARGED ME TWICE. HELP
