hi guys I've had a notification saying something about my account.so sorted that bit out but now I can't pay for the item I've won e ebay

Sorry but no one here can know the answer to that one.
You need to ask customer services.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
