Nothing is working!??!?!

Everytime I try to pay for something online or send money to my family, it comes up with a error message like

"Sorry we can't complete your purchase"

or whenever I try sending money, it comes up with the message

"We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal"

or whenever I go to my message center the message

"Your messages cannot be displayed at this time." comes up

I recently just made a paypal account. This is really frustrating, can anyone help?

Yes, someone can help, but you need to contact PayPal customer support to reach that person.  Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page for options.

I've tried emailing them, but they send an automated response back. I replied to the email they sent on gmail and I still haven't gotten a response.

Then phone them and talk to someone.
