I'm trying to do some personal purchases and seller is asking my to send the money as gift but the thing is that I don't have a personal tab option nor a send money as gift option I can only send money for goods or services/other and the seller won't accept this. Is there any reason why I don't have a personal tab option ? -Thanks.
