<p>I have crated a paypal account last night to pay my friend who use paypal.</p> <p>I have added my Bank & Linked my Bank card successfully. My account is 100% full filled.</p> <p> </p> <p>But once I went to send a payment to my friend of 15$ only, it shows the following error:<br /><br />"We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contact Customer Support."<br /><br />I have sent an email to Paypal support. But they did not follow my problem. They just wrote me bunch of useless questions & answers. But it did not solved my problem. Moreover I have found lots of Questions regarding this issue. But none of the Thread was answered properly with the issue. None of Paypal Tech support guy has referred the main problem. Really its hassling many people & paypal should fix up this issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wishing to be solved this problem soon from my account.</p> <p>Regards!</p>
