I recieved the new BMO Debit Mastercard which you can use it to purchase online (they said). It is only limited to only few online retailers here in Canada.. So I tried linking it to my Paypal account but it keeps on declining it..
It looks like it's one of those financia services which doesn't have sufficient security to be acepted by PayPal. My guess, a virtua bank, not your local bank.
