what do i do when receive an email reciept stating that my payment $25 to facebook (Facebook Ads) was confirmed? However this email address, my PayPal, my credit card are associated or linked to my personal Facebook page on any way.

Do they give you a link to click on?

If so its probably a spoof email.

If you log in normally to paypal and the transaction does not show in your paypal transaction list then it has not been paid.
