Hey all, if I have a negative balance on my PayPal account, and it's around $49.31. It was internet fraud and I was unable to obtain proper proof of the transaction, so now I have to deal with this.
I currently have a question, if I add lets say, $100, will I be able to use the remaining $50.69? I currently am a little scarred to provide my SSN online. Regardless of the company.
Thats my only question, if it's a good answer, I'll just do that, otherwise I will pay the remaining balance and close the account and use Amazon for my transactions.
