Need printer frinedly version of Payment Received notification.

I print out the payment received notice email (PayPal Email ID PP753) for record keeping. It has all the info I need about a sale nicely broken down. But I don't want/need all the extraneous stuff on the page. I don't want ads or anyting other than the basics of the sale itself plus the buyer info for my print out.

Unfortunately there's no built-in options or features to do what you have in mind for the email notifications.

I may have solved this.  On the account page is the detail button.  When I clicked that and got the details I thought maybe that page would work for my record keeping. Then I saw I could print a packing slip. AHA!  That works. Nice and short with all the important details of price and postage.  No fees showing, but since I have to write that onto each sheet for ebay & for paypal fees, it's no biggie. There is no page that would give me every detail I need of the transaction on either ebay or PP.

Only thing missing with the idea of using the packing slip for accounting records. It does not have the date. You have to write it. That is now 5 things you have to write on it: Ebay Final Value fee; ebay postage fee; PP fee; PP postage charge if used; and now the date.  Surely they can come up with something for user friendly for the small time seller.
