My customers are not receiving their invoices

Please help!! I've contacted Paypal and they were unable to explain why my customers were not getting their emails. They said have them check their spam but it is not a spam issue nor is it a wrong email address and I've lost so many orders because of this. Does anybody have any clue as to why my customers are not receiving the invoices. They check emails, spam, and nothing. I'm desperate to find out how to fix this problem.. Thanks in advance for any help
