Money order sent to me that will not transfer till they recieve tracking code

SO I was selling a laptop and this person wanted to give me 500 dollars for it, and I agreed, little did I know that i had to acquire the tracking code and email it to paypal then I would get the money for it, but I am in a bit of a pickle. I do not have the 100$ required to ship it to him, he says he tossed in an extra 100$ to pay for the shipping costs but I cannot access it from my paypal because it's technically not in my account. So I have tried all routes, calling my bank to ask for a small loan of 105$ to ship it and repay them back and got denied, asking the USPS cashier to just say I paid 100$ and pay them back later in the day, and I am at a roadblock, and this guy really wants my laptop and I am keen to obtain 500$

THIS IS A TYPICAL PAYPAL SCAM.

They encourage you to use paypal and often ask you to send the item as a gift to a relative somewhere often Nigeria.

You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't.

It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.

They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.

They also threaten legal action...have a laugh at that one and ignore it as its rubbish.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send trackable, they advise it for seller protection etc but it is not compulsory.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.

Delete any emails and ignore the scammers.
