Money not showing in my account

I sold and item to someone on Thursday and they sent me the money for it. I received an email from "PayPal" confirming the transaction however, it was in a foreign language. (The person I sold the item to is from Indonesia) I went on to my PayPal account today and noticed I have not received the payment on my account. I have, however had a transaction with the website I sold the item, paying for my selling fees. This would confirm that the payment from the customer should have came through. Please help me.

Are u sure u have the correct email address on your listing?

Which site are u selling on?

Contact  customer service on the site u are selling on for advice

 

Do not ship until u see cleared payment in your acc

 

Genuine ppal emails:

 

Always address u as Dear full name

Never ask u to click on links/downloads/attachments

Never ask for personal info

Never ask u to click on links from private emails

 

Always log in  via official site never from your private emails

Hi thank you for your help and suggestions. A few hours after I posted this the money appeared in my account. Apparently it can take the website up to 21 days to verify transactions before you can access them in your account. Many thanks!
