so cann I send mass payment to people from different countries? let's say first recipient is from netherlands and second recipient is from singapore. is that possible?
also, question from the opposite point of view. If i am a recipient of mass payment, would I be able to see it in my paypal report or it would appear the same with individual payment? thanks.
