Making a payment overseas

Hi right now im in Hungary,Europe and tomoroww morning i will travel to Tunisia but i need to make a payment on ebay but i can only do that tomoroww night so what can i do about it so my card eont get freezed and i csn make the payment in time or what questions do i need to answer?

Let PayPal know of your travel plans.  Go to Profile, hit Security.  There is option for travel plans there.
