Linnking debit cards to Paypal

Dear all, Recently I opened a business account that require a debit/credit card to be done. Does paypal accept a debit card with minimum 25$ and maximum 500$ as limits ? Knowing that this card is from LEBANESE BANK ( Paypal do not accept to open a personal account from lebanon , so i dont know if it accepts lebanese visa card ) Thanks for help.

I don't think paypal is available in Lebanon so you can't open an account there.

I can't open a personal account BUT i can open a business one and i did !! i only want to know if they accept a debit card with max 500$ as limit OR if they accept a VISA ELECTRON.

We CAN'T open a PERSONAL account BUT we CAN open a BUSINESS account . And I provided a picture for you here.
