Limit after verification

I recently was verified and I tried sending 2014 dollars from my account in PayPal from Nigeria and it says my account is limited. I went to the overview page which confirms that I have been verified and the limit removed. why the error limitation message.

Access to your PayPal account can be limited for many different reasons. Most of the time your access can be restored easily by providing some additional information about your PayPal account.
