Issues with withdrawing funds from PayPal to my Bosnia based Visa card

Hello,

I have a problem with not being able to withdraw my funds from PayPal to a Bosnia based debit Visa card. I've been succesfully doing this at least once a month for the past two years. Now, the only option I have is to withdraw funds to my US based bank account. Sufice to say, I don't have one as I'm based in Bosnia. PayPal Help Desk is taking their sweet time to answer to my emails as I'm accustomed to by now so I'm asking if anybody knows how I can get my money out and what caused this change.

Navodno rade na unapredjivanju sajta pa ce neko vrijeme podizanje novca moci samo ovako da se radi za nas obicne smrtnike u zemljama treceg svijeta.
