Issue with Gross/ Net Payment?!?!?!

Hey,

I am the seller of an item. A guy from Canada bought the item. We agreed on 470USD, and that is what he sent, but I am wondering why if my gross amount is 470USD why is my net amount 451.37USD?

Based on the amounts, it appears that there was a payment fee of 3.9% + $0.30 USD.

Cross border payments are more expensive to process so if your account is not in Canada there would have been a cross border fee as well.
