So I was selling some ingame items from Counter Strike and this guy wanted to buy it from me. We agreed on a price and he sent me an invoice to my paypal but when I checked it, it was automatically set to "Paid". I didn't choose to pay it it just happened. At the end of the invoice it says This is a PayPal Gift. The amount can take up 24 hours to reflect in PayPal balance. This gift is non-refundable. Is it a legit gift? Should I be worried that he somehow took money from my account by just sending an invoice?
If you actually paid - you should be worried. If you didn't pay - delete the email.
As the seller - you are the one who sends the buyer an invoice - that's the function of invoices. Buyers do not send invoices- unless they are trying to scam you.
