IndieGoGo not letting me pay with bank

hi,

I'm trying to fund a indiegogo project via paypal,

but when logging into my paypall account I can't use the bank I have linked to it, I get the error:

This transaction amount is greater than your available PayPal balance. To complete purchase, please add a credit or debit card.

And then asks me to link an credicard, but all other payments (Spotify, Google,...) are just working fine

Anyone has a clue on how to fix this?
