Ok so I requested money from a relative of mines for my birthday but, since this is my first time using PayPal they dont have a transaction file with me. I have to wait 21 days for the money to go completely through, which will be too late since my birthday is rather soon. PayPal thinks I shipped something to my relative in turn they payed for an item, which isn't the case. I already refunded my relative and canceled the request. How do I request money without PayPal thinking im shipping something?
