I had someone reverse a charge but bank charged me NSF charges..

How do I get Paypal to tell my bank that charges were reversed from a merchant (they incorrectly charged me and I didn't have funds in the account) ? I've been charged $70 for NSF charges but it wasn't my fault. The bank doesn't recognize the charge reversal but I need to have this resolved.
Any advice???

I'm sorry to hear about the bank fees. 😞 I know banks will usually only waive those as a good customer service policy.
If your bank indicates that they need to hear from PayPal to waive any fees, you can call Customer Support with your bank on the line and they would be happy to explain how our system works and that you didn't intend to use your bank as the payment method. Hopefully that won't be needed as I know many banks would just need their account holder to explain that they didn't intend to use their bank for the purchase.
I hope your bank waives the fees. 🙂
