I want to send money to my family. But I can not send when I try an error occurs that ask to Paypal for help and we can not send your money as this time. Please solve my problem soon. I can not send money please my family need me. I am waiting for your reply. Please I have to send urgent money from Paypal to my family. Please reply me soon as you can. I live in US and my family is in Uk. Please help me Thank you

This is a user forum, not PayPal customer service.  We cannot see details or yoru account or your transactions.  

You could call PayPal customer service for a direct answer.  That would be the way to solve an urgent problem--now.

On the other hand you can provide information about yor linked accounts and how you are attemting to send the money.  You can wait for someone to provide some suggestions and maybe ask more questions, but that will take time. 

You etiher wait for slow help or call PayPal for direct help.  Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page and selection the phone option with one-time passcode.

You haven't provided any information about your accounts, to whom you are sending money, or even how.

If you want help here, you need to provide information.

You would get a much faster answer by discussion details with PayPal customer service by phone.
