I want to contact with PAYPAL and i cant

Hello i send 2 messages to paypal contact servies on facebook,twitter and nothing... where i cant talk to paypal please help.. i have problem with my card

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

this error show me when i add my card... and 3 days ago i linked the card and now i cant ... why ? ERROR: Sorry, we can’t add this card. Please try adding a different card to your account.

Maybe its a card paypal can't accept?

Contact customer services and ask them?

no... its acceptable... 5 days ago i linked the card... and after 2 days i made mistake and i deleted and now i want to re-link and i cant... this error that i said shown..

Then you need to contact customer services and ask them to re-set it for you.
