I ask for refund because I cancel order from flixpress

I was canceled order for 10 euro for ten second video, but I didn´t receive refund!Beware of this web, I ´ve been payed one euro for their services (upgrade account), they said I can now make free preview, that´s I do! I don´t know i buying full video for that crazy prices, I canceled it before was complete. But my money from paypal is gone and web support doesn´t response. And too I´am from Slovakia.

First, review PayPal policies for buyer protection.

Since you purchased a virtual item, it is unlikely you have protection.  The details you posted are not clear.

You could try to open a displute for a refund, but you'll need to be very careful to define the reason correctly.
