bank disabled ? how to enable

there are 2 paypal account 1st and 2nd account

I use paypal, i gave my bank info from payoneer to paypal. paypal sent me some amount i confirm it bank was added

Problem is that i cofrim the wrong paypal account (my 2nd account)so i unlinked the virtual bank from payoneer and tried to link bank to the 1st paypal account  but it says bank disabled try another bank

(side note:the confirmation amount 0.06 and 0.04 dollars are still in my payoneer account)

will ever my bank be enabled and if will then after how many bussinessdays

Confused about your statements.

Having 2 accounts will create problems if you don't separate them; unless one is a business account, you may be violating PayPal policies.

Seems best to phone PayPal customer service so they can look at the accounts and do what is necessary to fix.
