How to withdraw money without a bank account? (Canada)

I live in Canada and I'm unable to link up my bank account to my PayPal. I'm trying to find a way to withdraw money to my card or by check, but I can't find any solutions for people who don't live in the USA. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

As a resident of Canada, you can withdraw funds to a local or US bank account. Otherwise, you can use your PayPal account balance to fund future payments. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Hi there, 

I was wondering if I could receive a bit of clarification. 

I live in Quebec (Canada) and have just been paid on PayPal for the first time (yay!). When you say that as a Canadian, you can "...withdraw funds to a local or US bank account", how would one go about doing so? I'm not quite certain I understand that part. Do I go to my bank, tell them I've been paid through PayPal and they will know how to extract the amount in my PayPal wallet? My PayPal account is linked to my Credit Card but nothing else. 

If all else fails, is there an expiry as to when I have to use the funds currently in my wallet?

Hi, I am unable to withdraw my funds. Can you please help me with my issue? I am getting an error while withdrawing funds. The error is "You cannot complete this transaction at this time
