How do you edit shipping information in PayPal?

PayPal's shipping application wasn't letting me print a USPS label. I told the buyer I'd have the item out that day. So I went to my local USPS and paid for shipping and mailed the item off. The buyer is in posession of the item and I am still waiting for my funds to process. The buyer paid right away.
I've given PayPal customer service reps the new tracking # multiple times through email. I've been told to update the tracking # in PayPal, but I see no option to do this. I've added the new tracking # to eBay.

I apologize for any confusion caused. You can add tracking information and/or change the status of your order by following these steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Activity at the top of the page.

Click the transaction you want to add the information to, then click Add Tracking Info. Select "Mark as processed" for digital and intangible items.
- NOTE: If you don't see Add Tracking Info, click the See Details in Classic Site link.
- Fill in the information, and then click Save.
Your funds will be released 3 days after we have your tracking information and can confirm your item was delivered.
