How do I search and view transaction notes?

Hello PayPal community, I'm trying to find a way to view and ideally search for NOTES that were left on previous transactions in my PayPal account but can't seem to find a way to do this. Is there a way? If not, there should be

No way to search for text in the special instructions text box to payment recipients.  If you keep your PayPal payment email receipts in your email client, you can search that for the notes as they usually included in those emails.
