How do I download PayPal Fees - the History Download to CVS File is not including them

I have searched for this answer.  Instructions are to download history to a delimited file and then convert it to Excel and you will see the Fees column in the spreadsheet.

My downloads do not include fees.

How do I download fees?

Hello drgoodie,

I'm so sorry to hear of this and will be happy to help.  It sounds like you have downloaded just the basic history which does include fees but it may not be easy to find.  When you log into your PayPal account, look towards the bottom left for the Selling Tools section and click the arrow.  It will then take you to the PayPal Merchant Services page.

From there, look towards the bottom and there will be four columns.  In the third column listed as Resources, you will see a reporting link.  This will take you to the PayPal Reporting Center.

The Reporting Center will give you several different options that may be of help including a financial summery for the year which gives you a total to date of fees and income.

It's a great tool to help keep up with bookkeeping for your business.

Thank you!

Michelle

Thank you so much.  I arrived at the destination and received the message that I must have a Business Account to proceed.

I want to know how I can download fees in my Personal Account (since I do not have or want a Business Account.)

Thanks!
