Buying has sent me a payment using my mobile phone instead of my email address. I have been advised of this on my mobile, I have to go to paypal.com/uk/claim. I have done this but it says I need to activate my mobile (which I don't know how to do). The person buying from me said I need to go me paypal and click the 'wallet' tab and then follow instructions. I have also done this but it just advises what bank details & cards I have linked. Do I need to download the App? Can anyone help.
