How do I cancel an approved recuring payment

How can I cancel a preapproved recuring payment to a vendor. I have cancelled their service, but continue to be billed on Pay Pal?

Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:

Paypal summary page > profile (spanner looking icon next to log out) > bottom right paypal settings > pre-approved payments.
