I have a friend who is in Australia, and I would like to donate money to him via paypal. My credit card however does not send money outside of the United States, so I was wanting to put money in my paypal account and send it to him. Is there anyway to get around this?

If it is a debit card, just do a cash advance from an automated teller, then deposit the money into your checking account, then withdraw that to PayPal, wait a few days for it to clearn, give to your recipient via PayPal.
