The buyer and I could not reach an agreement on the sale of an item, he wants a refund the only problem is I can't pay him because I can't accesses the funds. Because he chose the optinbwherevibwould have to ship the item first, then I would receive the payment

What is that option to ship before payment?
Is this the Pay After Delivery official option or something else?
Does your account show a transction where he paid?
Is there any transaction for the purchase?
Where are you located?
Where is buyer located?

He said it was payment after delivery. I'm in contact with him. The thing is he can't cancel the payment and I don't know how to refund him. Please help

On what ecommerce web site did you make the sale?
What type of product was it?
Where are you located?
Where is the buyer located?

Yes the transaction shows in my recent activities, but since he filed a claim I can't accesses the money( I couldn't before either). I was seeking a tshirt on a website called grailed. He lives in the L.A area I live I the Portland, Oregon area.
