Someone had sent me a payment to my paypal account. Shows on her end its pending but not on mine. The email on my account was unconfirmed but I had added and active email since I could not delete the primary email.. What can I do?

You will need to confirm you new email first.  After that, you can make it active and then delete the old one.

I had tried deleting other one after I confirmed new address but payment was sent to the wrong address and will not let me delete because there is a pending payment

it's ok to keep the old primary email as long as you confirm the other email you will get the money.but if the sender sent the money to a different email not the same to any of your registered email then tell the sender to cancel the payment or call support to cancel the unclaimed payment.
