Help with this charge?

Hi everyone,

I had recently purchased an item for that amount on Ebay, but cancelled it. I emailed the seller of the item, they sent a refund very quickly. Today I noticed another charge of $3.49 on my bank statement with the name PAYPAL DIGIZONE,  I emailed the seller of the item again to confirm and they said the refund had been processed.

I then logged into my Paypal acount to attempt to dispute the charge but see that no charge was listed. Is there a way to contact Paypal to ask about a refund if its not listed?

The item that I bought anfd was refunded was a Sankdisk 8 GB MicroSD card from DigiZone, that was the only thing I purchased.

I loggedinto my accouint this morning, and happended to see the refund, but then another charge of the same amount ($3.49) from DigiZone was taken out. I emailed the seller that I cancelled the order with and they said the refund was given, which I saw, and to contact PayPal. When I logged into PayPal here, nothing about a charge of $3.49 was shown, thus not allowing me to contact them.

Where are you seeing these entries, PayPal or your bank account?

Are any charges pending? Are the transactions completed?
