Help with a payment dispute.

Hello I made a dontation to Overgate Hospice and had an email to confirm payment had gone through and money has gone out of my paypal account but i had an email from a member of staff from Overgate saying they can't see my payment?  What do I do becaus this has gone out of my account yesterday.

What are the details of this transaction record?  If all looks OK, then ask the recipient to research their problem.
