Help With Limited Account!

Hi, I'm 19 years old and have just seen my PayPal account was limited and I need to provide Photo ID, Proof of Adress and Proof of SSN. I can provide photo ID and SSN but not proof of adress as I am currently still living with parents and all bills are under their names. Is there an alternative that I could provide for proof of adress other than bills? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option.

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
