Hi PayPal Community!
I'm trying to send money to my sister-in-law in Mexico through PayPal. She set up an account and I sent $25, but on my side it says her account hasn't been registered. The transaction hasn't completed. Does anyone here have any experience with sending money to a PayPal account holder in Mexico? I know the banking system is different out there. My sister-in-law says her account is asking her for a credit card account but I don't think she needs that just to have a PP account to receive money into.
Any input would be great.
