I made a purchase for some graphics work and I paid the guy and he hasnt completed the work and I can't get in touch with him. I think is he purposefully ignoring me. Getting my money back is last on my priorities list but I want to know how to fix this please. Any help would be appreciated

It seems like getting your money back should be your hgihest priority at this point. Just start a dispute.
