Having problem transferring money from my bank to my paypal..

I don't know what the problem is but, i actually can't add money from my bank account to my paypal account and it's really frustrating....
Each and every time i try to add money to my paypal account from my bank account this message always comes up " There's a problem with adding money to your account. If you'd like help, please contact us." 
Please you you guys should help me out, i really need this its urgent please...

I am also having same problem with the same info asking me to get in touch with customers service i sent them a note this morning , now waiting for a reply.

Like you i am getting very frustrated with it as i want to go on ebay to buy a second hand laptop. if no reply soon will give up & go into London Tottingham court road but thats more expence living  over 50 miles from london!

I have contacted the customer service and they could not do anything to the probem..

They contacted my bank and my bank said the error is not from them..

Now i dont know what to do again, i also want to get a phone and laptop from ebay but i cant without funding my paypal account... If paypal can  not handle there business why not closing up and we find another to make use of....... #NONSENSE

That don't sound very much like a customer service dept  if they cannot help out with the problem ,i am still waiting to get a reply from them, getting more hacked off each day.

It seems very strange it let me do two transfer of money during the last month  but not now i just don't get it. If its not your bank problem then it  must be coming from pay pal,

Will let  you know if any thing changes over next few days but not holding my breath!

This morning after sending around 5 emails to customer care i have a reply ref same problem as you have so this may come as a shock when i give the reason the transfer is not working, According to pay pal it is because i am trying to transfer more than £99 at one time yes i kid you not i never heard such rubbish, as i transfered much more than that in one transfer operation when buying my ols lap top from E buyer , Thats the one  i am trying to replace now as it has died for good this time,

I have sent a other email back to customer care they have sujjested i use top  up instead but that is less convenieant to me having money going out from the bank when i don't want it as i other comitments that take more priority than computers.
