Gift Card Getting Rejected.

Alright. So I have a Visa Gift card (with approximatly $27.11 left on it) and I am making an attempt to purchase something online for $20 (with an additional fee adding up to approximatly $22.03). Now I should have more than enough money to purchase the item, however my card keeps on getting declined.

I've purchased items with gift cards in the past whilst using PayPal, so I'm sure my card should work.

I'm not exactly sure what the issue is, so It would be appreciated if I could get an answer, Thanks.

Have you registered your name and address with the card issuer?   That's a common issue.  Gift Cards are a challenge, they must have either the Visa or MC logo and you need to register your name and address with card issuer.  (The name and address must match the name and address you used for your PayPal Account.)

Another cause is not having a "verified" PayPal Account.
